No Colorcop-setup?

I've been trying to download the self-installing version, but can only
get the zipped stand alone version. Can someone help out with this?
I don't want to have to open the folder and run the program manually
all the time. I'm on Win7, and want to pin this to my task bar, so as
to have it available all the time.

but if you start the program and it shows up in the task bar right
click the icon and select "pin to taskbar" no matter where or how the
program is launched or located.

True... as long as I don't inadvertently delete the folder!  I'd prefer to have it installed the old fashioned way.
