Sure. Simple:
1. Start dragging that cross-hair (or eyedropper) just like you gotta
get a colour code.
2. Drag it to the starting point of the distance you gonna measure.
(click holding the mouse pressed the whole time).
3. Hit CTRL key.
4. Now drag the cross-hair (you are still holding the mouse pressed,
yes?) to the other point of that distance you are measuring.
While in step 4 you will see in the software's status bar the
coordinates relative to the first point (step 3).
