Win 7 sticky notes interferes with ColorCop.

I couldn't find ColorCop on open and noticed my sticky note flash a bit so turned off sticky notes and re-started ColorCop, and there it was. I turned sticky notes back on ok and low and behold Color Cop the operated (on and off) ok. Wierd.
