in search for a good Color Picker app to replace my current one, I found Color Cop. Indeed is better, but I think it can be improved.
Please take a look over the color picker that you can find here http://www.allgraphicstools.com/free.htm (Quick HTML Color Picker) and notice some:

-you don't need to keep the mouse button pressed while searching for color, only move the mouse and click when on desired color. This would be great for Color Cop too, as it's uncomfortable to keep mouse button pressed for long time.

-the preview window follows the mouse and this makes the preview more comfortable as user doesn't need to look in two places: where the mouse is and at the color picking window. It could be added as option, either to follow mouse, or not.

Those two features could add + to Color Cop.
Further more:

-you have two (almost) redundant tools: eyedropper and magnifier; both of them display a zoomed image in preview window, with a small difference: eyedropper shows a small square in center, for pixel finding. In my opinion, you could let only one tool to do both jobs. It will allow to make the interface more compact. Let's keep in mind that for a color picker app, the amount of desktop that one occupies is curcial.

-the update of preview window stops on fast mouse movements and jumps when mouse takes a small stop or slow movement on desired area. It's annoying; I would suggest continous update. With pixel snapping (for precision) on slow movement and fluid update on normal mouse movement.

-status bar shows only Expanded Dialog ON. I can see that the window is expanded, thank you for taking care to tell me that, but I find it unnecessary. So, if no other purpose for that status bar, you could remove it, as saves some space on screen.

-option to copy HEX color with or without # symbol would be nice (a small checkbox, for example, or some other ingenious trick)

-option to choose either to copy HEX or RGB(in comma separated values) to clipboard.

-option to collapse the app to tray and access the eyedropper from icon tray click. (w/ small preview window following cursor). This would make it a awesome tool, as it would be at grasp all the time and doesn't need to be brought on front (as a window app). So, for repeated quick color pickings it would be easier.

That's all for now.
I hope my suggestions will be taken into consideration and appreciated as good ones. And who knows, maybe some of them applied on next Color Cop version :D I would love to see this well done application being improved.
