I get the color of the picker (=black)

For me, on Vista, ColorCop shows the color of the picker (=black).
If I use a 3x3 area (right-click -> Sampling -> 3 by 3 average) the
black point of the picker affects the average.
(Maybe it is not a ColorCop problem but something with my Vista.)
