Last Chance 2013 pre-registration is now open and extends through January 31.

If at the end of the period, there are more registrants than rider slots (45), those on Interest List by 1/15 will get priority. The rest will be selected by lottery (to be on the confirmed vs. waiting list). General registration will begin February 1.
