Referees and Assessors -



For those of you who attended the pre-season gathering at Regis, this
is a reminder. For those of you that did not attend, please implement
the following into your game from the get go of the preseason!



Both JR Smith and Gary Huber were very clear - clean the language up!
Referees, Assistant Referees and 4th Officials need to work together
to get the language cleaned up.



JR made it very clear that it would not be a surprise to the coaches.
For the 3rd consecutive year he has sent out a memo to all coaches in
the RMAC and the issue was addressed in their pre-season conference
call.



Now, it's up to us - when players use foul and abusive language - get
your cards out! ALL REFEREES MUST BE CONSISTENT ON THIS ISSUE,
OTHERWISE, WE ALL FAIL BECAUSE WE ARE INCONSISTENT!
