I am leaving my position as RMWA TREASURER & MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR by Nov 12th 2021
Soooo the RMWA needs someone to take over this opening ~ SOON!
DUTIES include:
The RMWA BANK Account:
Maintain the Wells Fargo Bank checking account.
Deposits from Membership dues, sale of shirts, hats and occasional donations from members.
Paying out expenses from Website dues (annually), Food, Drinks Prizes for Events & other RMWA purchases.
OTHER DUTIES:
Posting the Event Notices.
Sending out the membership forms.
Hosting some of the RMWA events (if possible).
Going to the RMWA Planning meetings (typically ONCE a year for the years' events).
Attending Events for Membership sign ups ~Ice Day & Membership Meeting.
Maintaining the Membership Roster (on an EASY X-CEL spreadsheet).
