Event Procedures / Meeting TIme

I am curious to know if any one else has had difficulty opening the "Event Procedures," and if they have found some solution.   The link prompts me to subscribe to a new version of Adobe, even though I own their full range of products, inclduding PDF Professional.  Has anyone found a way around this problem?

Also, can someone tell me when and where the orientation meeting will be on Saturday?
