Collaborative Capacity Co is hosting a hands-on, in-person workshop for leaders working across boundaries to navigate complexity, strengthen partnerships, and turn collaboration into measurable impact.

June 16–17, 2026
Mile High United Way
Denver, CO

"This session was incredibly informative and valuable. The broad variety of organizations added unique perspectives and insights. They provided the fresh look at my project that I needed and the incredible content gave me a confident roadmap!" — Christina Gumbiner, Food Bank of the Rockies

Workshop topics include:

- strengthening systems through collaborative leadership
- building effective partnerships
- maintaining collaborative efforts for lasting results

This workshop is designed for professionals whose work depends on multiple organizations working together. It's an opportunity to get creative with collaborative leaders from public health, community-based organizations, healthcare systems, government agencies, backbone organizations, funders, and intermediaries.

Our training is focused on applying what you learn. You'll leave with a draft map of your system of influence, a clearer understanding of your role within it, and concrete strategies you can put to work immediately.
