online survey platform for youth?

Happy Thursday folks,

I am prepping an anonymous online survey for youth where parents will complete a consent before sharing link with their child. Any thoughts or experience on Survey Monkey or Google Forms (both of which state a minimum respondent age of 18) vs something else? FWIW, I would like to ask respondents their grade in school, but not their age. Thoughts or lessons learned here?
