Colorado CASA is seeking a qualified evaluation consultant or firm to design and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of 18 CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) organizations across the state. These programs share a core Dependency and Neglect (D&N) focus, with some offering additional services such as Juvenile Delinquency, Truancy, Prevention, and Housing Stability programs for children who have experienced abuse and neglect.
The goal of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness and impact of these programs and provide data and insights that will support strategic decision-making and strengthen statewide fundraising efforts.
