CHFA RFP for CHFA's Multifamily Voice of Customer Project

CHFA has issued a request for proposals for a consulting partner to assist CHFA in surveying and interviewing affordable housing residents living in properties that are part of CHFA's multifamily portfolio.

Facilitating affordable housing development is critical to CHFA’s mission. This project is intended to provide CHFA a better understanding of current residents needs, challenges, and future goals.
