Two RFPs for evaluating the impact of social enterprises

Hello COEN members,

REDF has just released RFPs (linked below), we’re looking for evaluation partners for two projects:

• Evaluating the effects of the second round of the California Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise (CA RISE) program, and
• Designing and implementing a retrospective study using California administrative data to identify the relative impact of ESE employment (in contrast to non-employment or other alternatives).
