Hi CPHA community,
Public health challenges are increasingly complex, requiring coordinated action across public health, healthcare, community organizations, government, and beyond.
But collaboration alone isn’t enough. The question is: How do we make collaboration actually work?
The
Collaborative Capacity Co team is hosting an upcoming
in-person workshop focused on applying systems thinking, collaborative governance, and network approaches to strengthen cross-boundary partnerships.
In this session, participants will:
- Map and better understand their system of partners
- Identify gaps and opportunities in collaboration
- Explore practical strategies to improve alignment and coordination
The Collaboration In Practice Workshop is designed for practitioners working on complex, cross-boundary public health efforts.
