Strong collaborations don’t happen by accident—they’re built with intention, strategy, and the right tools.
This spring, Collaborative Capacity Co (CoCap) is launching a new round of our Collaboration in Practice training series—five interactive sessions designed to help you build stronger cross-boundary partnerships and drive meaningful impact.
Participants describe these sessions as practical, engaging, and immediately applicable to real-world collaboration challenges.
Spring–Summer 2026 Training Series
"Really terrific. It gave me ideas for looking at some of our data, and ways to describe them both in words and with visuals. I was not familiar with ‘network theory,’ and it makes a lot of sense to me." — Mary Lisa Penilla (Applying Collaboration Theories & Frameworks Participant)
“I had an incredible experience. The amount and complexity of the content were at a level that was digestible.” — Georgia Simpson, Boston, MA (Mapping Partner Networks Participant)
Each training includes two live sessions (2 hours each) and focuses on a key capability for effective collaboration.
