COEN community - I apologize! I sent the wrong version of CoCap's workshop announcement. Here is the correct version. (sidebar: one day I will hire a comms manager who can do this stuff way better than me).

Hi COEN community,

Many of us are working alongside collaborative partnerships, whether we're supporting them, studying them, or participating directly.

We know that collaboration is essential for addressing complex challenges, but it’s not always easy to understand what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

The Collaborative Capacity Co team is hosting an upcoming in-person Collaboration In Practice Workshop focused on applying systems thinking, collaborative governance, and network approaches to better understand and strengthen collaborative efforts.

In this session, participants will:

  • Map and better understand their system of partners
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in collaboration
  • Explore practical strategies to improve alignment and coordination

While this is not an evaluation-focused workshop, it can be especially valuable for those who work with collaboratives and want a clearer understanding of how they function, and how to support them more effectively.
