After hearing questions from other family members about the early arrival time and what the agenda was, I wrote Constituent Services, who forwarded my questions to the operations manager, who wrote . . .

The process will be the same as when you normally visit.  Since this is a special event, the processing of several families will require families to show up at 11 a.m. to ensure we process and are able to transport everyone to the event at the facility. 

 

The reunification will be similar to normal visits with a 250/150 celebration cake being offered to everyone.  The session will last from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
