Yes, Western Union is no longer being used by the department and as of May 10th, the only inmate banking provider will be Correctpay.  There is an announcement on this on our website at https://cdoc.colorado.gov/news-article/notice-transition-of-inmate-deposit-services

On the Inmate Deposit page it no longer shows Western Union as an option.

I know their are a lot of family members, normally older, that use Western Union as they do not feel comfortable with phone apps and do not have access to kiosks.

Can you let me know on this.
