One of the bills introduced in the CO Senate on 2026-04-17 was SB26-169 with a Short Title of Revisor's Bill.
The Revisor's Bill is an annual bill that seeks to make "non-substantive" changes to language in Colorado Revised Statutes or as it is stated " Concerning the nonsubstantive revision of the Colorado Revised Statutes, as amended, and, in connection therewith, amending or repealing obsolete, imperfect, and inoperative law to preserve the legislative intent, effect, and meaning of the act".
While it says nn-substative, changes through the Revisor's Bill will occasionally result in raising unintended conflcit with existing statute language.
There were 3 section's of the bill that have this possiblity. These occur on pages 7, 17 and 29.
