Notice: Transition of Inmate Deposit Services

The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is transitioning to a new electronic deposit service provider to ensure secure and efficient financial management for incarcerated individuals. Each individual in CDOC custody maintains an inmate account used for purchasing canteen items, including food, clothing, hygiene products, and communication materials.

Transition Timeline and Access

The Colorado Department of Corrections is transitioning inmate deposit services to ensure a smooth experience for families and individuals in our care. JPay services will remain available through May 9, 2026.

CorrectPay is available now and will become the only provider for deposits starting May 10, 2026. We encourage users to register with CorrectPay early to avoid any disruption. (See CorrectPay section below)

Funds remain accessible to individuals at any facility they are assigned to, and any remaining balance will be released upon discharge to parole, community corrections, or full release.
