Crowley County Correctional Facility (CCCF) only.

It must be noted that CCCF is a private facility run by CCA and contracted
by the Dept. of Corrections. This is not the policy for State operated
facilities. We will be monitoring the other CCA facility, Bent County
Correctional Facility (BCCF) for any possible changes.

Effective October 6, 2016, Crowley County Correctional Facility will be
implementing five day Scheduled Visits. Below are the procedures:



1. Scheduled Visitation will be available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday,
Sunday and Monday each week from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.



* There will only be a maximum of 45 available visits scheduled each
day.



* Individual scheduled visits will be made on a "First Come, First
Serve" basis. Once each scheduled visit day is filled to the 45 available
slots, no other visits for that day will be scheduled.



* Each individual offender will be limited to only one scheduled
visit per weekend, Saturday or Sunday. All other scheduled visiting days
are open using the above "First Come, First Serve" rule.



2. Only visitors can schedule a visit. They must use the below process:



* All visits will be scheduled no later than 4:00 p.m. on the
Thursday of the week prior to the desired visiting date. (Example:
Thursday September 29th, 2016 by 4:00 p.m. for desired visits during the
visiting week starting on Thursday October 6, 2016).



* Visitors will only be allowed to schedule a visit up to 30 days in
advance.



* Below are the 3 available methods that may be used to schedule a
visit:



o Call (719) 267-3548 ext. 23898 - Thursday through Monday - 8:30 a.m.
until 4:00 p.m.



o Email the request to CrowleyV...@cca.com (include: visitor's
names, offender name and CDOC#, date of visit requested) a verification
email will be returned to the sender's email confirming the visit.



o In person at the Visitation Lobby Desk on visiting days during visiting
hours only.



3. Special visits will still be available as before to those who meet the
requirements as outlined in the CDOC Administrative Regulation 300-01.
