We wanted to let you know that we are currently experiencing disruptions with a handful of our JPay, Securus, and AllPaid services. You may experience a pause in service when:

Logging into your existing account, or creating a new account, through Securus Online or the Securus Mobile app.

Accepting and paying for a single call from your incarcerated loved one.

Completing a credit/debit card payment for any Securus service including purchasing stamps, adding funds to your AdvanceConnect account, or funding your loved one’s Securus Debit account.

Interacting with the JPay or Securus automated phone service.

Calling the JPay or Securus customer care center.
-
Completing payments on AllPaid.com and Govpaynow.com – payments may fail to process, and no payment confirmation messages are being sent at this time.
The good news is that phone calling and messaging are still processing successfully as long as you have existing funds/stamps available in your account.
Our technical team is actively working to resolve these issues with the highest priority. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that we are dedicated to restoring full functionality as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience.
