Hi Everyone,

 

I hope you all are doing well this time of year! Congratulations to all of those that wrapping up the session this week.

 

I wanted to take this time to invite you to Unbound Authors Storytelling Soiree. Friday, May 16^th at 6:30pm.

 

 Unbound Authors has provided writing services to our incarcerated neighbors for over the past two years. This year we are excited to announce not only are we in 10 facilities and launching out first Unbound Anthology, but we are relaunching a statewide prison newspaper! 

 

As a board member and fellow prison volunteer, I know the importance of having writing centers available inside our prisons.

 

However, as a new non-profit we are almost entirely ran off of volunteers. As we continue to grow our goal is to provide our incarcerated community with more writing opportunities and to this, we need the support of you all, our fellow community.

 

Please see the link in the flyer to purchase a ticket! There will be food, drinks, music and live spoken word!
