Hello Michael, NARSOL Speakers Bureau is happy to announce its 4th quarter, 2023, featured speaker as Dr. Jill Levenson, Ph.D., LCSW.
NARSOL is proud to announce Dr. Jill Levenson, Ph.D.. LCSW, as its Speakers Bureau featured speaker for Quarter 4-2023. Dr. Levenson is a Professor of Social Work at Barry University in Miami, FL. She is the Trauma-informed Training Initiative Coordinator at Barry’s Center for Human Rights & Social Justice. She has published five books and over 100 articles, focusing on treatments and policies related to sex-offending and trauma-informed care in forensic and clinical settings. The National Institutes of Justice, CDC, and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center have funded her research. Dr. Levenson is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, USA, and counsels survivors, perpetrators, and families impacted by sexual assault and interpersonal violence.
