LAKE MARY, Fla. (WOFL, FOX 35) - George Crossley, the one time preacher who
became a convicted felon and eventually the head of the Central Florida ACLU,
has died.
Crossley died after collapsing Wednesday at the radio station where he hosted
a liberal talk show.
Crossley was once known as an ultra-conservative preacher who often fought
against liberal causes. That changed almost a decade ago when he was arrested
and charged with trying to hire a hit man to kill the husband of his romantic
interest. Crossley was seen on video used by police as evidence and after a
long colorful trial, Crossley was convicted. In 1998 he was sentenced to
prison for four years.
Crossley was released from prison in 2001 and the once conservative preacher
soon became known as a left wing liberal, eventually becoming head of the
ACLU in Central Florida. He was ousted from that position in 2008. He went on
to from a group called Cop Watch which caused controversy when its members
showed up at crime scenes and videotaped police officers.
Crossley was 69. ..Source..

“Why are children who are supposed to be protected
by the Jessica Lunsford Act actually being harmed grievously by the same law?
Why are the children of registered sex offenders being tormented, abused and
trying to commit suicide because of the Jessica Lunsford Act?”
