Hello everyone!

Thanks to all those who showed up to last night's meeting! It was great to see so many familiar and new faces. :)
Did someone set up a shared code for communities Google drive folder? It would be great to share yesterday's meeting notes there.

We talked a lot about keeping our project tracking and discussions in a centralized place - maybe it's a good idea for us to create a "Participation Guide" in our main Code for Communities site. Any thoughts?

Keep the discussion going, and I'll see you all soon!

Joanne

P. S. Feel free to introduce yourself if you couldn't make it last night but want to participate.

Hi,

I don't know about a gDrive folder. Is there a dedicated C4C Google account? That seems to me like the best place to put everything, since it's agnostic of individuals coming and going from the group.

The OpenBike team found that GitHub Issues worked really well for coordinating our efforts.

Can you suggest some section headings to get the Participation Guide started?

What do folks think of hanging out in an IRC channel? Perhaps #CO-code4communities on freenode.net? I know their network is having issues with DDoS right now, but since it's the go-to network for open source, we belong there.
