Dear friends,
Kutandara is exploring the possibility of increasing our band from a 7-piece marimba ensemble to as large as a 10-piece marimba ensemble, and need your help!
Our teen bands Takapenga and Kunaka experimented with this idea over the 2021 end-of-year holiday season, and we loved the results! A larger band gives us the opportunity to be more flexible, both musically and logistically.
We’re looking for 1-3 new members that would be a good fit for our existing culture and commitment, and would be interested in trying this idea with us for the 2022 performance season.
