colorForth graphics demo

Hi colorForthers,

I am preparing colorForth cf2023 for release on 04.04.2023. The graphics demo "gr" now works again, and I would like to credit the original author.
Does anyone know who created the code?

Presumably this was ported from another x86/x64 Forth, so maybe this will ring a bell.
