[CoLoCo] First Noco Loco Meeting - Dec 9th

The first Noco Loco meeting will be held December 9th, 2011 from 5-7pm at Momo Lolo Coffee House.  The topic will be "Ubuntu App Developer".  I'll do a presentation on the topic and we can talk more about that, plus other ideas for the group.
