[CoLoCo] 3D animator needed for one time assignment

Anyone have any recommendations for a 3D animation modeler? I have a
one time (non-Canonical) need to develop a 3 minute animation sequence
for a local company. It's a paying job.

Have any requirements for tools? I know someone spectacular but want to
make sure it's a platform he works with.
