Nibbling on new snacks, sampling buzzy product drops, and putting cookware to use in the Test Kitchen is all in a day’s work at Bon Appétit. And our love of (and opinions about!) food and cooking don't disappear when we clock out—we’re always looking to optimize our own kitchens and pantries too. And lucky for you, we don't gatekeep: We love nothing more than sharing our recs for the tools, ingredients, and new releases we have in heavy rotation outside of BA headquarters.

Find out what BA editors are eyeing, buying, and have in their carts right now.

People have strong opinions about their kitchen stuff—reasonable people can debate the merits of Japanese vs Korean-made rice cookers, whether glass or ceramic vessels are better for espresso drinks, and if an immersion blender is an ingenious invention or a waste of space. Currently, Bon Appétit executive editor June Kim is making the case for clogs (not sneakers!) as her comfy shoe of choice, in the kitchen and on the go.

"The pair of clogs I'm most often reaching for these days are my Gardana Clogs from Plasticana," June says. "Meant for gardening, they're lightweight and made of a mixture of recycled plastic and natural hemp, the latter giving the shoe its signature speckled hue."

This week, the team is also shouting from the rooftops about the love they have for their Nutribullet, fancy pepper grinder (yes, it's worth it!), matcha face masks, and more.
