Hello everyone! Today is a big day...I have waited over 20 years for a recipe for Mapo Tofu that is really, truly as great as the very best versions I ate in China. I have never, ever had Mapo Tofu this good here in Australia - despite making it countless times myself and ordering it every chance I got, always hoping this would be the one.
