windows command line without gui colmap.bat

hi,

I am trying to run this  command line 
colmap feature_extractor --database_path D:\workspace\INTEGRATION\nerfstudio\data\nerfstudio\eveleight\colmap\database.db --image_path D:\workspace\INTEGRATION\nerfstudio\data\nerfstudio\eveleight\images --ImageReader.single_camera 1 --ImageReader.camera_model OPENCV --SiftExtraction.use_gpu 1

On windows that uses colmap.bat which aliases to colmap gui which opends gui. I tried running bin/colmap.exe instead but its not recognizing some arguments above.
Am i missing something?

Hi,

Turns out the code expects v 3.8 which has no release but docs already? Is there a real 3.8 release already?
