COLMAP not creating .PLY files

Hi everyone, I'm trying to 3d scan an object, I've been following all the tutorial I can find on the internet, but, no .PLY files are created by Colmap even if the dot cloud is created.
I'm using Colmap 3.5 on a Mac, automatic reconstruction, I've tried to take new picture but nothing changes.
Standing to the tutorial on the Colmap web site I should have a Dense folder where I can find the .PLY model, actually I have no Dense folder, I just have the Sparse folder.

Any guess on how I can go on?
