DLL entry point could not be located in Windows Vista

Hi

I've upgraded to  5.1.1 on a couple of computers now but I am having problems with an old laptop running Windows Vista.  When I try to start Zyzzyva it gives the message:

"The procedure entry point RaiseFailFastException could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

The laptop is a Compaq Presario F500.  I've returned the operating system to its factory defaults and loaded all the "recent" updates in case Vista had been corrupted.  To no avail.  I installed the 32 bit version of Zyzzyva.

I ran the previous version of Zyzzyva on this machine without error.

Any suggestions?

Hi Merkel,

With the CZ 5.1.x releases, a newer version of the Qt framework is used and the newer version supports Windows 7 or newer OS only.  Windows Vista is too old.

Yes.  Only Win 7 or newer are supported.
