Compatibility Collins and NASPA Zyzzyva?

Hi, I am using Collins Zyzzyva for Windows desktop, and also the NASPA Zyzyvva Mobile app for iPad (because there is no Collins mobile app unfortunately). I'd like to sync these two apps, like you can sync NASPA Zyzzyva desktop and mobile apps. Are the file formats that Collins Zyzzyva uses the same as those that NASPA uses, so that I can safely sync or share these? If so, can I rely on this remaining the case in the future?
