(CZ 5.2.0) Removed lexicons are not removed from Preferences/General and Preferences/Word Tables

Lexicons loaded and Lexicon Styles previously set which refer to now-removed lexicons still refer to those lexicons. For now, the workaround is to manually edit these settings to remove them in Tools/Preferences, restart CZ, and rebuild all lexicons.
