How To Add A Word List To An Established Quiz

Hi,

I want to add a word list to an already establised quiz but In am unsure as to how to do this. For example. I do a word search with Zyzzyva, then I click quiz from the list of words generated and then save it as a quiz for future study. I then have a list of words in a plain text file (Notepad) which I want to add to the quiz already created. Can thsi be done?
