PDF manipulation

Anyone familiar with the adobe pdf sdk? I'd like to pick someone's brain about pdf manipulation , specificly in c#; but any information would be helpful.

I have not used the adobe pdf sdk, but have used iTextSharp for a few pdf tasks.
