National Dues and Club Establishment

Hello Collegiate 4-H'ers, this is your National Business Manager Jasmine Honore'.
Next week, the 2008 National Conference will be held in Denver Colorado, and I just wanted to remind everyone that Club Establishment Guidelines and national dues are to be turned into me either before or at the National Conference.  Here is the information regarding these two items:

Club Establishment Guidelines
The Club Establishment Guidelines are to be turned in by every club if they are to be recognized by the national organization.  The file for the guidelines document can be downloaded from the link below.  You can mail it to the address in the document, or you can bring it along with you to the national conference.  If you cannot download the file from this link, you can download from the alternate location, though the address on the alternate document is incorrect.  The correct location to physically mail the guidelines is:

National Dues
National dues are required by each club before they are allowed to vote.  The amount to paid to the organization is $5 per person; up to $50 dollars for the club.  If a check is to be made, please make it out to "National 4-H Council" and in the memo line, place 'National C4-H dues'.
