Greetings Collegiate 4-H members!

As National Collegiate 4-H Conference quickly approaches, I suppose it's that time to begin thinking about registering your clubs with the National Collegiate 4-H Organization.

"How, Kelli, do we go about doing that?" you may ask...and lucky for you, I have the answer!

Attached is the National Club Establishment Guidlines form to be completed by each club before National Conference.  Within in the document are detailed instructions about filling out each section and submitting it to me.

In addition to the forms (only one set per club needs to be submitted), club dues will need to be paid previous to the national business meeting at National Collegiate 4-H Conference in Maryland.  The dues payment schedule is as follows:
  • For members-at-large, payment will be $5 per person.
  • For clubs with fewer than ten members, payment will be $5 per member.
  • For clubs with more than ten members, payment will be $50 per club.
The organization will accept payment in form of cash or check.  Please make checks payable to National 4-H Council, with National Collegiate 4-H listed in the memo line.

Feel free to mail your club establishment guidelines and dues checks before February 12, 2010 to me at:

Kelli Jo Woodson
4910 Hatteras Drive
Columbia, MO 65202

OR you may bring your completed forms and dues to the National Collegiate 4-H Conference in Maryland and submit them to me at the time of registration.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this process, please feel free to email me at collegia...@gmail.com.  I look forward to seeing you all in Maryland in February!

Take care until then!
