That said, please do not forget your club MUST submit club establishment guidelines and pay dues to vote at National Conference in Maryland. 

 

Club establishment guidlines are posted on the Souther Region website under the Regional Documents section.    Here is the link:http://southernregion.collegiate4h.org/regionaldocuments.html

 

Please complete and bring them with your dues...which again, checks should be made out to National 4-H Council (with national dues in the memo line).  The amount due will be the lesser of $5 per member (up to ten members) or $50 (more than ten members).
