2009 National Collegiate 4-H Conference

February 19-22, 2009

Minneapolis/Saint Paul, Minnesota

 

Join us for an exciting weekend in the Twin Cities for the 2009 National Collegiate 4-H Conference. This year’s conference is centrally located on our University’s campus and is within minutes of downtown Minneapolis. Some highlights of the conference include States Night Out to the Mall of America, a closing banquet and dance in the beautiful McNamara Alumni Center, and tours of the internationally recognized Walker Art Center and Sculpture Garden (home of the spoon and cherry sculpture), the architecturally stunning and nationally known Guthrie Theater and the interactive, multi-sensory Mill City Museum that was built within the ruins of a National Historic Landmark. We know you’ll find our speakers interesting and entertaining and the workshops educational and inspiring.

 

 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Regular Registration: postmarked by December 19^th, 2009
Students (4-person room): $245
Advisors & Alumni (2-person room): $295

Late Registration: postmarked by January 7^th, 2009
Students (4-person room): $275
Advisors & Alumni (2-person room): $325

 

Because of the current state of our economy, it was necessary to increase the cost of the conference this year to cover the costs. Even though it is only a $20.00 increase, we understand that money is tight!  In order to send more delegates to the National Conference, we suggest fundraising as a club, asking local businesses for sponsorships and applying for local grants.  We hope that the increased cost does not deter you from attending, because we have a great conference planned!
