Brief Job Description 

* Acknowledging the tickets assigned and working on it by following the ITIL processes 
* Ensuring that the project defined SLA's are met 
* Handling account administration 
* Providing L1 SOP based troubleshooting 
* Should have excellent written & verbal communication 
* Good typing speed 
* Open for 24/7 shift (including night shift).
