Plan Concept looks good - would suggest including Walnut to College
segment and a crosswalk on the "Fort Avenue upgrade." (Major goal in
visioning is to connect neighborhood to West Meadows.) An attractive
pedestrian trail, 2 lamp posts, a banner, and a few flowers and a
shrub or two on the NW Fort/College lot and you would have an instant
western gateway to the West Meadows (and downtown).
