College Street Phase 2?

I like Perry’s comments, all good stuff. 

 

Thinking about the name change brought me to think about a bigger picture and considering a Phase 2 of this project.  While I understand, we need to take ‘One step at a time’ it sure seems like Phase 2 could extend the planning effort west of Kansas Expressway all the way to where College intersects with Chestnut Expressway.   Similar issues, similar look / feel.
