ACHA Coalition on Student Veterans

A group of ACHA members are proposing a new coalition on student
veteran issues. The purpose of the coalition would be to maintain an
active group of multi-disciplinary individuals committed to raising
the concerns of student veterans, many of who represent a cross-
section of cultural and racial backgrounds, and to help them identify
their unique needs as they transition to non-military life as first
time or returning college students. Furthermore, this coalition will
encourage college health professionals to develop culturally competent
health services on our respective campuses that are reflective of the
unique health needs of student veterans.

The petition is in special need of a couple of Mental Health
professionals to sign on as a supporter of the new Coalition. Would
any of you be willing to sign on? It simply means you are
