Sabin's Zoning Meetings March 11th and 25th

Hi all - 

The Planning Commission will be meeting at Vermont College on March 11th and 25th at 7:00 pm to discuss the proposals for zoning on Sabin's Pasture.  I have attached drafts of the maps and the regulations that go with the maps.  These are only drafts - nothing is final.  It can be changed, that's why we are asking people who are interested in the zoning of these areas to come to the meetings and tell us what you think.  I've included the three districts that are on the undeveloped land known as Sabin's Pasture, which includes land owned by the Zorzi's and Vermont College.  The full draft of the ordinance can be seen at:

The Meeting on March 11th will be at Noble Hall.  We are still waiting for a room assignment for the 25th, but we'll know by the night of the 11th.
