Play Money Prediction Markets

Hey folks, looking forward to (hopefully) seeing y'all in DC at the next CI/HCOMP conference!  In the meantime..

Possibly of interest as a teaching tool--prediction markets with play money.   

Right now it has world cup, and a "15 min bitcoin forecast" market.   

It looks like it pulls prices from Kalshi, so you're not really running a local market, but it let's people get the experience of buying/selling with no real cost. 

But it has a local leaderboard so you can see whom within your group are the superforecasters, etc:

There's a big public one for the world cup, and I made a test 'league' here to try it out with the 15 min bitcoin market:
